This feature helps eliminate the back-and-forth communication typically involved in setting up meetings. You'll discover how to customize appointment details, set booking requirements, and specify service providers to optimize your time management.
- Shared Bookings: Understand how to manage and coordinate bookings for a team or department. This includes setting up a shared calendar, managing multiple service providers, and ensuring that appointments are distributed evenly among team members. You'll also learn how to use Microsoft Bookings to improve customer engagement and satisfaction by providing a seamless booking experience.
