The Office of Information Technology is pleased to partner with Microsoft to provide this virtual training session, hosted in our GT M365 Teams environment. This training, led by Microsoft's Dewayne Hyatt, Cloud Solution Architect, will focus on Planner in Microsoft 365.  The session will cover:
  • Overview: Get an introduction to Microsoft Planner and learn how it can help you organize tasks, projects, and team activities efficiently. Understand the key features and benefits of using Planner in your daily workflow.
  • Anatomy of a Board / How to Build a Board / Field to Fill Out: Dive into the structure of a Planner board and learn how to create one from scratch. Discover the different fields you can fill out to customize your board, including task names, descriptions, and assignments.
  • Labels: Learn how to use labels to categorize and prioritize tasks. This feature helps you visually organize your tasks and quickly identify their status or importance.
  • Due Dates: Understand how to set and manage due dates for tasks to ensure timely completion. Learn how to track deadlines and receive notifications to stay on top of your work.
